At GeekCore, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly and meets your standards. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy on all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GeekCore account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is free from pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
